Order Method
- Online: You may place the order online and pay with a credit card using PayPal. PayPal is secure & convenient.
- Phone: You may place your order by calling 970-266-8669. Payment is due before order will be shipped. Credit cards can not be accepted over the phone.
- Fax: You may fax in your order 24 hours and day, 7 days a week at 970-225-0310. Print & fill out an Order Form. Payment is due before order will be shipped. Credit cards can not be accepted over the fax.
- Mail: Print & fill out an Order Form. Please include check for amount of order.
Minimum Order
- 6 items per product code with same color combination (for example 6 Red-White-Red Screamers - SR). This requirement is due to the fact that all orders are custom made.
Turn-around Time
- Orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks.
Shipping
- Bows will be shipped via FedEx Ground (usually 3-5 days). All order will be tracked and therefore shipping is guaranteed.
- < $100 = $6.50
- $100-$200 = $7.50
- $200-$300 = $8.50
- > $300 = $9.50
- Overnight shipping is $30.00.
- 2-day shipping is $15.00
Will ship international, call for pricing. Additional shipping may be necessary for packages shipped International, AK, & HI.
Rush Orders for Small Hair Bow Orders: Rush Fee is for shipment within 2 weeks for orders of 12 items or less - $5.00. In addition to the rush fee, there may be higher shipping charges as well.
Exchange Policy: We take great pride in hair bows. If any of our products fail due to defect in materials or workmanship, we will gladly replace the product. All exchanges must take place within 2 weeks of original invoice date. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. We have a right not to accept the exchange if we feel the item damaged by the user.
